- Connect Amazon DE via SP-API (5 minutes)
- Map your existing SKUs to Amazon DE listings (or bulk-create new ones)
- Set German VAT rates, IOSS scheme if relevant
- Decide fulfilment: FBA DE, your own warehouse with cross-border shipping, or our 3PL in Ljubljana
- Go live — Amazon DE orders start flowing into the same queue
