Adding a new channel: what it actually looks like

Adding Amazon DE to a setup that already runs Amazon UK + Shopify:

  1. Connect Amazon DE via SP-API (5 minutes)
  2. Map your existing SKUs to Amazon DE listings (or bulk-create new ones)
  3. Set German VAT rates, IOSS scheme if relevant
  4. Decide fulfilment: FBA DE, your own warehouse with cross-border shipping, or our 3PL in Ljubljana
  5. Go live — Amazon DE orders start flowing into the same queue
