Questions we get asked a lot
Can I move between plans?
Yes — move up or down at any time. If you need more orders this month than last, just upgrade. Downgrade next month if volumes come back down.
What happens if I exceed the order limit on a plan?
We'll let you know and auto-upgrade you for that month only — no surprise overage fees. On Starter, the system will gently throttle rather than charge you.
Do I need a credit card to start free?
No. The Starter plan is free forever with no card required. You only enter payment details when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Are services like 3PL and accountancy extra?
Yes — the software is priced separately from our services (3PL warehousing, accountancy, UK business setup). You can take the software on its own, or bundle with services. See services pricing →
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No minimum term on Starter, Growth or Scale — cancel whenever you like. Enterprise plans are typically 12-month contracts because of the setup and customisation work involved.
Do you do annual pricing?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (equivalent to 16% off). Ask us for the annual quote.
