We operate under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We sometimes shorten Somuchmorethanaccounts to SM>A. SM>A is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect and share information about you that we obtain when you access and use our Website (defined below), including when you submit questions or feedback.  This Privacy Policy also applies to information that we obtain when you communicate or interact with us outside of the Website, including by e-mail, telephone and otherwise. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we will treat your information before you start to use our Website or communicate with us outside the Website.  This Privacy Policy also is intended to explain the conditions under which SM>A uses and discloses that information, and your rights in relation to that information.  Changes to this Privacy Policy are discussed at the end of this document. Information You Provide to Us We collect information that you provide directly to us, including when you register for an account, use the Services, update your e-mail preferences, respond to a survey or provide other feedback about the Website, attend one of our events, express an interest in Somuchmorethanaccounts, phone us, contact us by email or use our website chat service, or contact us with questions or comments about the Website. When you sign up to and use our services we collect data from you When you buy software or services from us, we will use your personal information to fulfil your order, keep you updated on its status, and to provide you with the software or service you have requested. Where is my data stored? SM>A headquarters is based inside the European Economic Area (EEA). SM>A and many of our suppliers, including our website hosting provider, are based outside the EEA so their processing of your personal information will involve a transfer of data outside of the EEA. Whenever we transfer your personal information outside of the EEA, we ensure it is protected by making sure one of the safeguards required by data protection law has been put in place. To keep this privacy policy as short and easy to understand as possible, we have not set out the specific circumstances when each of these protection measures are used.
