What syncs

Listings & variations

Create new listings or import existing ones. eBay's parent/variation structure (e.g. clothing in multiple sizes/colours) is preserved and mapped to eTail Support's variant model. Multi-quantity ("Good 'Til Cancelled") listings supported.

Stock levels

Live sync from eTail Support's master stock to each eBay site. So when an Amazon sale drops your stock, eBay's listing updates seconds later — no overselling.

Orders

eBay orders flow into eTail Support automatically. Buyer details, shipping address, eBay item number, transaction reference all preserved. Multi-line orders consolidated.

Fulfilment & tracking

Generate the shipping label, mark the eBay order as dispatched with the courier and tracking number. eBay's "On Time Shipping" and "Defect Rate" metrics benefit from automated, accurate dispatch data.

Refunds & returns

Setup

  1. In eTail Support: Integrations → Add → eBay → choose site (UK, DE, US, etc.)
