Marketplaces supported

Every major Amazon marketplace via SP-API:

  • UK & EU: UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, SE, PL, BE
  • North America: US, CA, MX
  • Asia & Pacific: AU, JP, IN, SG, AE
  • South America: BR

Run them all from one dashboard. Each marketplace tracked separately for reporting; one underlying stock pool.

What syncs

Listings

Push new listings from eTail Support to Amazon, or import existing Amazon listings into eTail Support. ASIN/FNSKU/SKU/EAN mapping handled automatically. Variations (parent/child) preserved.

Stock levels

FBM stock pushed to Amazon via SP-API. FBA inventory pulled from Amazon (so you see FBA-held stock alongside your own warehouse). Multi-warehouse stock split correctly.

Orders

Both FBA and FBM orders flow into eTail Support. FBA orders are tracked through to Amazon's fulfilment so you have visibility. FBM orders enter your normal pick-pack-ship workflow.

FBA inbound shipments

Build inbound shipments to FBA warehouses directly from eTail Support — no swapping back to Seller Central. Print FBA box labels, generate carrier shipping labels, track from your warehouse to FBA acceptance.

Settlement reports & reconciliation

Amazon's bi-weekly settlement reports auto-import. Each line (sale, refund, fee, adjustment) matches against the underlying transaction in eTail Support. The bank deposit reconciles to the penny — no manual work.

Returns & refunds

Refunds and returns post against the original sale automatically. Stock adjustments handled. Accounting reversed. Removal orders tracked.

Repricing data

Buy Box wins/losses tracked. Useful for understanding why a SKU's volume dropped suddenly. (We don't reprice for you — that's a separate tool's job.)

Setup

  1. In eTail Support: Integrations → Add → Amazon → choose marketplace
  2. Click "Authorize via Amazon Seller Central" — redirects you to Amazon
  3. Log in to Seller Central, approve the SP-API connection
  4. Choose what to sync (listings, orders, FBA inventory, settlement reports)
  5. Done — orders start flowing through within minutes

Repeat per marketplace if you sell on more than one.

Cost

Free. Included in every eTail Support plan. Add as many Amazon marketplaces as you sell on, no per-marketplace fee.
